error code 0x80070043 on Lenvo laptop I tried to load win10 to.
Tried to plug internet access into it and did not accept, will not fix itself.
This started on a trip and in a hotel on their wifi, downloaded win 10 even got to the point Cotra introduced to me, then had to shut down and opened it would not give prompt for room# and name as usual is done on new wifi and worked OK before download. ?? Dave
