How long did you try charging? If the battery depleted entirely, it may take a while until your phone will become responsive again. I had this once on my 830 and, only after I plugged it in to the charger for nearly a day, it came back to life again.

I submitted my phone into nokia Lumia care centre. after 15 days,He say me problem solve but I I received my phone IMEl number is changed.
why?

If you had a problem with the motherboard then they changed it and then you also get a new IMEI because this is part of the motherboard.

I check this new imei number is status on repair status its says ur product is repaired and returned to care centre.

nokia Lumia 730 I have a issue of a Lumia camera when I capture a photo after it will come reverse ,I show it in nokia care center
