My Windows store is stuck on 2015.7.14.1, any solutions?

Windows Central Question

windows store stuck on 2015.7.14.1

the store is stuck on version 2015.7.14.1 . I have to update the apps manually. any solution for this issue without hard reset ? I'm on latest insider build.
