Nokia Lumia 520 got Dead

My nokia Lumia 520 phone got dead. Tried many times to switch it on but nothing happen. only Nokia Logo appears and then it gets off. pls help. read many articles on Luma recovery tool but it seems that it is not available for download, pls help how can i reincarnate my phone and the data.

If it got the 'Dead' it never had the 'Red' or 'Redemption'.
