Download apps to PC and then install it in Lumia 640

I bought Lumia 640 recently... Previously I used Lumia 630 in which I'll download apps and games in system then I'll copy it to sd card and install it in mobile... But now I try the same bit I can't as there is no option as "download manually" in website instead it shows "get app" how can I download it in PC kindly help

They have completely made the phones independent. u cannot download apps from PC.

Is there any other way to download it through PC... as before or through copying links in any websites as in android play store... I can't rely fully on my mobile network data... Pls help

Just connect your phone to Wi-Fi. If you don't have wireless at home, go to a place that provides public Wi-Fi. I am sure there are plenty even in your area.
