why does my lumia can't I turn on my lumia 430?

my phone fell into water some few days ago. i dried it completely, put it a bag of rice for two days. after that it worked for some time but now when i want to turn it on, it shows "microsoft' and goes off again. any advice?

Dropping a phone in water and then wondering why it malfunctions ... well, ok!

My advice would be to find a replacement for your phone since, I hate to break it to you but ... yeah, water damage ... !
