I'm not sure we can.

Many tablets can access an external harddrive, but some don't put out enough power to operate one. I'm willing to wager the answer Is yes, but that's the best I can give you.

Curiously, the devices don't even list any USB connection in the specifications, so, without it, how are you going to connect external hard drives? Your best option would be to contact the manufacturer and ask them about it directly.
