Where to set "Update downloads only via Wifi"?

My valuable data amount is dropping fast without a wifi connection.
Where to set use only wifi for updates / downloads?

Hello and welcome to Windows Central.

If you're referring to the Windows Phone 8.1 store, then that can be found in the Store settings > toggle "Only get updates over Wi-Fi".

If you're referring to OS updates, then you can uncheck "Automatically download updates if my data settings allow it" in your phone Settings > phone update... but nonetheless OS updates are downloaded over Wi-Fi by default.
