My Lumia is stuck in flight mode, what do I do?

my lumia is struck in flight mode

i have tried hard rest,factory reset and also tried lumia recovery tool,windows phone recovery tool, i am already on latest firware and the tool is also reinstalling the same firmware again. i have tried windows insider and tried to update to windows10 but phone got dead so i used again windows recovery tool to repair it but still the problem exist..plzz help me...
