Hey guys my Windows phone has stopped charging after 4, what should I do?

hey guys my windows phone has stopped charging after 4% what should i do

i first plugged it in the power bank i had with me it got charged perfectly. But when i reached home and again plugged it in my nokia wall charger the battery stopped charging after 4%

Try powering off the phone with the original charger plugged in.
