School Administrator installed Blue Coat K9 Web Protection

The School Administrator has blocked bing search engine and installed a software called Blue Coat K9 Web Protection after that can't access bing, youtube, clipconverter.cc. Please help request to Windows.

Hi and welcome to WindowsCentral. It sounds like the school has installed this software, since it doesn't want students to view certain sites on its network. There really is not anything that we can help you with, since that is your school's policy. You'll need to visit those sites when you are at home if your parents allow you to do so.
