Why isn't my screen lock and background photo showing?

Screen lock and backgroung photo not showing

My screen lock and background photos have disappeared - just a black background. I must have inadvertently activated or deactivated something but I can't find what. Thought it might be something to do with the quiet hours function, but they haven't come back when i switched it off.
Any ideas please??
