How do I delete these undeletable files? Virus files

I've gotten a browser virus that changes my start up page and search browser each time I start it up. It also keeps installing (which I uninstall each time) GamesDesktop and something else. I traced these 3 undeletable files from a this folder :03D40274-1445764475-0589-FE06-190700080009. I think the virus comes from here
File names are:
hnsk91AD.tmp, jnsa7085.tmp, knseD459.tmp

Please help!
