is the nokia lumia 920 supported in the windows device recovery tool (windows phone recovery tool)?

my phone is stuck on windows 10 technical preview build 10149.
it does not update on both rings fast and slow. the error code is (0x80073712). ive reseted the device 5 times but still no fix, ive tried soft reset many times but no fix, tried the update continuously but still no update. so I tried to roll back but it says that the 920 is not supported and package is not available. I tried to roll back using both the windows device recovery tool (windows phone recovery tool) and nokia software for retail updater. please help.

Yes the 920 should work with both tools.

Has the phone undergone any flashing? (to a different ROM, like AT&T US > unbranded French?)
