Most of my apps are grayed out with a small exclamation mark after system restore? (Windows 10)

This is my first time using my computer in about a week after the last insider bug BSOD'd it. I restored it, and it said it was unsuccessful. Upon restarting, my laptop worked and said the restore was successful! Now quite a few apps are dark with a "!" on the bottom of them. When I try to start them, they crash instantly? Any fix? Thanks!
