deleting the "old windows" fie from C: drive

Should I now delete or remove the "old windows" file from my C: drive now that I have updated from windows 8.1 to windows 10 on my toshiba tablet encore 2?
If so, how to accomplish this removal safely?

Right click on C: drive open Properties and in General tab open Disk Cleanup. In Disk Cleanup click Clean up system files, wait a few seconds, when new window appears check all boxes and click OK. Windows.old should be deleted after that. Hope it helps.
