Why isn't the promo code for Cheetah Bluetooth earbuds no longer working?

Promo code for Cheetah Bluetooth earbuds no longer working.

There was an issue with the first order attempt but it accepted the code. 2nd attempt, I'm no longer able to use the code - Amazon is unable to help. Is there anything that can be done?
