Why is the main screen on 10581 blurred?

main screen in 10581 got blurred.

I upgraded 10581 yesterday and now the two main screens got blurred. On the tiles screen all tiles are mixed up, in the app lists all the columns and rows are distorted.
How do I reset or reflash my phone?

Go to Settings/Personalization/Start, change and apply different start screen picture, issue should be fixed that way, no need to hard reset.
