How can I get menus back that have gone missing in Windows 10?

HELP problem menus missing windows 10

whenever i rightclick the start menu icon the menu doesnt show whole so i cant see the words i cant even select it and the date and time in the lower right corner is missing and also when is go to my pc or control panel the file explorer doesnt show anything no documents music photos everything missing and when i open a program there is no close maximize hide button i believe it was something of a bug or might be a virus if you know something plz help me
