Lumia 925 Earpiece Speaker not working

Anyone else have the problem with their L925? If so is there an easy fix? Can I replace the part myself? I heard somewhere that replacing the Audio flex cable/headphone jack/usb port does the trick? Is this true? Or do I need to replace the earpiece speaker as well?
