Why isn't my phone completing an update?

help! it's urgent

Updating phone to 10581 from 10536. While downloading update, it was stopped on 61% for an 2 hours but later update downloaded completely. But now while installing update, it stopped on step 19 of 23 on 61% same. No progress shows from an half hour. What can I do now?

Wait ... half hour is NOT a lot of time.

You don't mention device, network, # of apps, etc
