My phone was soft reset and it couldn't turn on again, why?

my phone was soft reset and it counld not turn on again, why?

the battery was removed and inserted again but still it can not turn on. when the power button is press it just vibrate that is all.

Doing that is somewhat equivalent to performing a soft reset, so it shouldn't be harmful to the device.

Did you notice the remaining power when you removed the battery? Have you tried leaving your phone (with the battery correctly installed) charging (undisturbed) for 20-30 minutes?
