Why Microsoft is getting worst day by day?

I have Microsoft Lumia 540 using from last 3 months. I have a memory card of 16gb, not much full but have all important documents in it. My phone gets hang 10 times a day, whenever I play music or start any app it stucks every application gets crash. When I restart my phone its show sd card scanning need to be fixed. I am really fed up of this. Please help me because I have trusted the name MICROSOFT not phone. It's my kind request to the team please help me in this issue.

Why you not try hard reset your device? Don't forget to backup all of your data before

Maybe your SD card is bad and not the phone. I would believe that rather than the phone being bad. Try a new card and see if it acts the same way.
