How is your experience with Pro 4 Touchpad Scrolling?

Have my Pro 4 for 4 days nows. Except for the bugs, mostly love it. I can't say the same for scrolling with the touchpad. It is the opposite of smooth and concise. I have to lick my fingers to get decent traction. It is barely acceptable, at best.

Would love to know others experience and (hopefully), ways to improve it.

Sounds like a faulty keyboard. I would get it replaced.

Try two finger scrolling gesture. I'm not sure if you are already using that, but it seems to work fantastic on mine. I'm not sure why you need traction on the touchpad, but it is designed to be really smooth and is glass. try really fine sand paper
