Has anyone tried SP4 with Insider builds?

Just wondering if anyone has tried SP4 with insider builds and if it takes care of some of the issues we're facing with it? I have the fans spinning, battery lasting 3 hours and sound popping. This is the Core i5/8GB/256GB model.

Um, I think its best to first try resetting the tablet, otherwise get that unit replaced under warranty.

No Insider build is going to fix that as of now.
