Why isn't there an option to install local apps in my Store?

in my store there is no install local app

sorry guys, i want to ask some questions... i want to install app from my sd card but it can't,. how can i install app from my windows phone.?

You didn't say which OS you are running. If on windows 10 mobile, you'll have to enable that function under developer options. If on windows phone 8.1, I'm not sure if that option is still available in the store.
