Why isn't possible to set APN details?

Not possible to set APN details

I have installed Windows 10 Mobilde build 10581. I am trying to receive MMS, but not able to. Then I am trying to find the APN setting, but that is not vissible. Where could it be? How could I find it?
In my Settings->Network&Wireless->Cellular&SIM->SIM-Advanced setting there is no link for APN setting. Any idea where to find these settings?

I don't have a Sim Advanced option, but have the following on my 10581 920 to change APN settings:

Settings > Network & Wireless > Cellular & Sim > SIM Settings
