Why has Viber disappeared from notification+action?

viber disappear from notification+action

my viber has disappear from notification+action which is at settings list (windows 8.1)
i can add it to look screen but i dont get a vibrate and alert show like whatsap and other apps it was there but it is not showed anymore...what should i do??

i want to know sth else. i update my phone and get windows 8.1 if i reset my phone did i lost the windows that i get? or it stills stay 8.1??

This happened in my phone before, but as soon as I received a Viber message from someone, the app got listed back in my notifications+action.

You may create a Windows Central account to respond in this thread.

By the way, resetting your phone (without using the Recovery Tool through your PC) will not change the OS version currently installed in your device.
