SP4 screen deforms while using pen?

I got my Surface Pro 4 this weekend. Started using the pen, doing some digital markups. I noticed that the screen is deforming downwards as I write with the pen. I have used several tablets in the past, including most recently the SP3, and never noticed this kind of behavior. Has anyone else noticed this? Do I have a bad screen? Or are the new screens that much less rigid? I am worried that sooner or later the screen will get damaged from all of that deformation.

I mean the screen locally depresses from the pressure from the pen.
