What do I do? I lost the November update!

My PC was being very slow and wasn't installing the November update. For that reason, I restarted my computer. However, Windows Update then told me that I was up to date, but after I checked my version number, I'm still stuck on the old one. It appears that I lost the November update. Any ideas on how to possibly get it back?

Every time I have a problem updating, I clear the update cache by going to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and deleting the files and trying again.

I'm having the same problem. Deleting update cache didn't work for me.

Try downloading the iso and start from there

Mine went through. My wife's errored out.

We rebooted her machine and tried again. Installing now.

How did you get the Windows full program update to show up in the first place. It never appeared at all in the listing here, only shows definition updates for the Windows Defender? Thanks if anyone read this and has a suggestion. rgds
