Unable to change IP Type after Windows Phone 8.1 upgrade on Lumia 830.

I have an AT&T Lumia 830 that just updated to the full version of Denim and updated to Windows Phone 8.1. After the update the IP Type settings in the "edit APN" section is missing. I need to change my IP Type for MMS to v4v6 but I can't find the setting for that and it's not where it used to be in the APN settings before the update.

Sounds like to you need to reinstall the access point app.

1) Download sysapp pusher

2) Switch to airplane mode

3) Change the date to something later than 2106

4) Go to access point and it will prompt you to uninstall.

Thank you for the reply. I removed the access point app and reinstalled it. However, the Access Point app will not open. Now what??
