how do you remove not for resale when booting lumia 520

after an update the phone cannot pick network and also wifi cannot turn on there is however a caption not for resale when booting the phone

Hmm I think u registered as an insider some months back when the insider preview was in alpha installed the update now. The first few builds of windows 10 mobile had that tag and a lot of bugs... Lots. Cud u go to settings>about and send me a screenshot? Here? Like link to the screenshot to the pic after uploadin sumwhere?

Most likely it is an Insider build as stated.
