You can touch the screen any time you want but it will only do something if you have a touchscreen.

When 10 was coming I invested in a new Dell Inspiron i3543 signature edition with a 15.6" multi-touch screen. I'm pretty happy I made the upgrade to touch.

I do need to train myself to use touch more. LOL.

It's no fancy gaming rig or anything, but I'm just workaday on it so it fits me fine.
