Why can't I mark multiple message to delete on take action on
I have had AOL for 15 years. Within the last three weeks, I can not select a message then shift and select another message much later and successfully mark all the messages between the first and later message, as I used to do all those years. I subscribe to a computer technical support group but they can't help me and want to convince me that I have never done that. They say it has to be done, one message manually and then the next message.
Although that is true Now, it did not use to be that way. Since I am not a technical person, I think either I accidently set something differently or touched something or AOL made some changes to the software or something.
Does anyone have any ideas?
