nokia Icon and Wm10

Installed latest wm10 build from fresh 8.1, did not restore anything, and the following issues occur: MMS wont send and, if I hard reset, LTE vanishes (won't connect). These problems have been true of every build for me but everything I have read says these issues have been solved. Any ideas?

Did you check if your APN settings are set correctly?

I have a Lumia with WM10 also, and get LTE. Occasionally the screen locks up (touch stops working) and I need to do a 2nd hard reset to get it back again. MMS works as well with another VZ user on HTC, so I know it works and my MMS style notifications are coming through fine as well.

The Icon with 10 on it is giving me some patience that perhaps VZ will give us some 5.7" variant of the 950xl. I give that only a 25% possibility so I've stopped buying up any VZ only equipment until this is sorted. But WM10 has some notification issues on the Icon where they don't trigger or if they do they don't appear on the lock screen, so things aren't quite perfect. But where it does work normally it runs smooth as glass. Our VP really likes the look of it over 8.1.

This is an actual issue.. Noticed a few people complaining about it
