How do you change the SMTP/Pop settings for the Microsoft mail reader on WinRT 8.1?

For some reason, email send works in WinRT 8.1 mail app but not receive. Suspect the settings need to be updated but can't seem to figure out how to get to the POP/SMTP settings for the OS built in Mail app.
