Veritcal Blue line on display.

Just bought a surface 3 and turned it on and notice a vertical thin blue line on the screen. Dont see any crack on the screen nor any damages to the tablet. This is spanking new out from the box. Planning on going to microsoft retail store if this can't be done at home. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you may have a line of stuck pixels on the screen. I would recommend returning the product for an exchange of a product that is in better working order. This is most likely a hardware defect, so no, can't be fixed at home.
