I want to work and have the radio at same time. Cannot do it on W10

Windows 7 allowed me to have many pages on the screen at the same time, ie. email, google,working in office and listening to radio. Now with Windows 10 I can only have one thing, radio and nothing more, or Google and nothing more, etc.
