menu bar is missing in control panel systems in Windows 10 version 1511
After updating to Windows 10 version 1511 the menu bar in system properties is missing and I do not see how to restore it. It previously showed Files, Edit, View, tools and Help. In version If I clicked Help then about I can find what build version (10240) of Windows I am using. How do I get it back?
