I CANNOT open anything on my home screen or in anywher

I have a NOKIA LUMIA 625
I CANNOT open anything on my home screen or in anywhere.... the screen moves and then comes back to same place....

I CANNOT text, make a call, open any applications or change screen to another place.

I CAN ONLY receive calls.

it did this 2 months ago for about a week and then next morning returned to normal :-(

Have you Soft reset (Power+Volume down for 15sec) your phone?

I have done that couple of times today without any success.So frustrating.

Try taking it to your nearest customer care center if you have one nearby. Maybe they can help

Alternatively, you could factory reset your phone but you would lose data that wasn't backed up
