Windows 10 update/ office 2013

Hi
I am planning to update my windows 7 home basic to windows 10 by ISO method. I downloaded and installed office 2013 separately as home basic comes without MS Office. If I completely reset my PC to windows 10 without keeping my current files, will I lose office 2013 or it will remain?

I just upgraded my Windows 8.1 desktop to Windows 10 yesterday and EVERYTHING stayed the same. My copy of Office 2013 included.
Backed up everything just in case but looks like I didn't need to.

If I deselect keep personal files and apps while upgrading, will I loose office 2013 as I downloaded MS Office 2013 separately since it's not pre installed in windows 7 home basic
