Attempts always say" Can't connect"
"We're having a problem signing in. Make sure you have good reception. If you do, the problem may be on the other end. Wait a little while and try again."
I've been trying since October 10, 2015 and have reset my phone to factory conditions twice. The phone was working great right out of the box; store downloads, updates to the cloud, Facebook, picture backups, just as expected then 10/10/15 all that stopped.
What can I do next?
