For this you need a Windows phone app for desktop. Once you download and install it follow these steps.

1.Sync your phone with your desktop
2.Go to Settings in the app itself
3.There you'll see 'Sync music, photos etc'
4.Select iTunes

And you're all set to sync and transfer all the stuff you want.
