I purchased a new 950XL on 11/28/15 (Saturday), at the Microsoft Store. I then had to go to an AT&T store for a sim card and add a line to my plan for the 950XL. I then tried to secure the code to redeem the free Dock. The package app. put me in to a loop and then said my phone needs to be 8.1 or higher for a code.
I finally got out of the loop and called the Microsoft help desk. I explained what happened and he said keep checking your emails for a code. I said okay. However, I said what do I do if nothing show's up after a few days? He said you're out of luck. Well it's been several days and I've never received a code. I'm hoping there's way to still redeem a dock since my purchases identifies me of purchase. Also, has this been happening to others?
