Can the Surface Pro 4 pen open OneNote 2016, instead of opening the OneNote "light" application?
When double clicking the top button of the Surface Pro 4 pen, can this command open OneNote 2016 as opposed to opening the OneNote light application?
If so, how to I change this setting?
If not, does anyone know if Microsoft is working on a fix for this?
