Android Subsystem Back in Latest WM 10 Preview or a Scam?

I just installed the latest preview for WM 10 on my Lumia 640. I had Outlook issues as Outlook will not recognize my Live.com account. I went into Accounts and there is a link to see your email. I clicked it and got to my Live.com account. I believe the link opened it in the Browser.

The weird thing is, there was another link to get Outlook and when I checked it out, it took me to Google Play and offered Outlook up via the Play Store.

In addition, several sites have recognized my Lumia 640 as an Android phone?

Anybody else seeing this? Is this a scam? Is the Android sub-system back in WM10 Preview?

Edge is seen as Chrome on many websites, that's why it's acting the way it is. Not a scam, just the way things are until Edge is seen as Edge.

Also it happened in WP 8.1 Update 1+

Its just to make websites look better and stuff by masquerading as an Android phone.
