when trying to watch dvd message video cannot be decoded comes up?
store brought dvd's are inserted into dvd player and message comes up saying, to view dvd please insert it, then says dvd cannot be decoded when I press the play button. the disc runs for a few seconds before message comes up but then stops which is when message appears. how do I watch store brought releases on my lap top using windows 10?
