How to move a lot of photos from lumia 1020 to pc or lumia 950xl?

my 1020 wont connect to my pc using a usb lead, just wondering if there's a way to move loads of photos using a app or some other method. Tried Bluetooth and onedrive but neither works?

Why does one drive not work?
