Problem on charging Lumia 535

When I changed my phone after switch off phone. This time phone Switch on. When I connect with charger. Kindly give me some suggestions.

That's perfectly normal for a Lumia phone, if in an OFF / powered down state then it will switch ON if plugged in to a charger.

I think this problem not in all phone. Same phone have my friend. He said there are no problem when switch off the phone,then charging. Charging done in switch off mode. So I am confused .

All Lumia's only charge in ON mode only. So your friend is making a joke or you misunderstood him or he is lying to you.
