Windows 10 Critical error

Please tell me How to fix this until YOU find a solution. I am very disappointed in Windows 10. Have had my new HP computer for only 4 months now and I keep getting "Critical Error, Start menu and Cortana not working. I have tried to open in safe mode, which lasted one time , on next sign in it was back.. Please help fix this.

Is windows search service disabled by any chance? Try to change it to manual and see if fixes the issue. Else, try tweakin.com's windows repair all in one.
